Our systems have been designed specifically to optimise security using carefully planned implementations of standard technologies. We realise that the client data we manage can be extremely sensitive. We deal with many types and sizes of organisations including commercial, public sector, defence, intelligence etc.

The following outlines our approach to securing your information while making our online services as convenient, accessible, available, and usable as possible recognising the limitations of communications over the public internet.

No sensitive or identifying customer information is ever held on our public internet server. Data is submitted using standard HTML forms and is immediately encrypted on receipt inside the application servers memory using a unique, random one-time only key. It is not cached in temporary files or otherwise accessible in an unencrypted format. The encryption technology used is industry standard 256 bit and can be increased to whatever strength our customers require.

Encrypted data is shipped via SMTP. The submitted data (including forms, documents, and attachments) and their associated one-time encryption keys are never stored, transported, or made available together. Several layers of data, application, database, and network level security would need to be compromised as well as intercepting the encrypted data along with its associated one-time key to gain access to it. Because the one-time data and keys are always held and transported seperately, this method provides us the greatest level of security practicable.
